What the beta processes
When you search, the application processes the address, parcel number, or map location needed to retrieve public property and hazard records. Searches are sent through the application server to the relevant public government GIS services.
What we intentionally exclude
Reports do not display parcel-owner names, mailing addresses, sale-party names, email addresses, or phone numbers even when a public source may contain them. The beta has no user accounts, mailing list, advertising trackers, or behavioral analytics.
Downloaded reports
When you request a PDF, the server rechecks or retrieves a short-lived cached screen for the parcel number and generates the file for that download. The current beta does not save the PDF to a user account or permanent report library. Your browser stores the file wherever you choose to download it.
Infrastructure records
The hosting platform and public data providers may process ordinary technical request information such as IP address, timestamps, and service diagnostics under their own policies. Address suggestion and parcel-search requests use request bodies rather than public page URLs.
Before public launch
This notice will be reviewed again when accounts, payments, saved report libraries, analytics, or email features are introduced. None of those features are active in the current beta.
